CAVALERA CONSPIRACY, FIREWIND, KORPIKLAANI First-Week Sales Revealed
April 2, 2008"Inflikted", the debut album from CAVALERA CONSPIRACY the new project from SEPULTURA founding members Max Cavalera (guitar, vocals; also in SOULFLY) and Igor Cavalera (drums) sold 9,000 copies in the United States in its first week of release to debut at No. 72 on The Billboard 200 chart.
It is interesting to note that "Dark Ages", the latest album from Max's other band SOULFLY, has shifted 59,000 units since its 2005 release. Meanwhile, "Dante XXI"SEPULTURA's final studio effort to feature Igor Cavalera has sold 18,000 copies in the U.S. since being released in March 2006.
